Kansas Registered Agent Services

Registered Agent Service

We accept service of process for our clients. And if your mail from the Kansas Secretary of State or other Kansas State agencies is being returned, or they are unable to reach you, they will contact your Kansas registered agent. Having a reliable registered agent will help ensure that your company is in compliance with the State of Kansas.

Secure Online Account

Any service of process or other documents we receive on your behalf are scanned at our Kansas office and uploaded into your online account, and then you are sent an email with the item as an attachment or notified that you have a new mail item to view and download from your online account. If you don’t respond to our email, we will continue our efforts to contact you until we are sure you have been notified. You can also choose to have us send emails to 5 additional email addresses (for example, your attorney, CPA or spouse) in case we do not get a response from you.

Business Formation

Forming a business can be overwhelming, but we’re here to help. We’ll file your formation paperwork and get you all squared away with the state. As part of our business formation packages, we also include a year of registered agent service and FREE business documents, including structure-specific LLC operating agreements and corporate bylaws. Our business formation package also includes our online business presence tools.

You choose your domain name with an email to match, and quickly get online with pre-built open-source website. Your domain name and all of your website data belong to you. Our phone service allows you to keep your personal number private with a dedicated Kansas business line that you can access via smartphone app or on a computer.

Biennial Report Reminders

Corporations and LLCs in Kansas are required to file a biennial information report. You will not get a reminder from the Kansas Secretary of State to file the reports. If you don’t file or are late more than 90 days, you will have to pay late fees and file for reinstatement.

We provide our clients with a secure online account where they can check the due dates for their reports. We also send you multiple email reminders to file your Kansas biennial report on time.

Beneficial Ownership Information Report Filing

It’s mandatory for most businesses to file a BOI report within 30 days of formation (or 90 days, if formed in the year 2024). You may face steep penalties if you don’t file this report within that time frame. The good news is we can file your BOI report for you. For just $9, we’ll make sure your report is submitted correctly and on time.
